Eucalyptus honey is a monofloral honey produced from the nectar of eucalyptus flowers, a tree native to Australia but now cultivated in several regions around the world, particularly around the Mediterranean basin. This honey is renowned for its benefits for the respiratory tract and its distinctive taste.
Color: Dark amber, sometimes with reddish highlights. Taste: Powerful, slightly minty, with woody and caramel notes. Texture: Fairly thick, slowly crystallizing into fine grains.
